was told the ICE exch info sheet had Leidy gas at .25 yesterday.
.25/mcf.
Leidy is a major pricing point in Clinton County.
Transc0 aand other lines croo there.
Dominion perhaps.
.25 minus deductions is negative.

Melissa, Would you be able to tell me how to figure out for example if a well is producing 100,000 MCF per month what figure to I put in the royalty calculator because it requires MMCF daily? Thank you.
Correct me if I'm wrong. The 100,000 MCF is actually 100,000,000. If you divide that by the number of days in the month, 30 ,31 you will come up with a daily production of 3.2 - 3.3 MMCF. That is what you would put in the calculator in the MMCF spot, I think.
I am not quite sure Kevin but I appreciate the input.
Melissa, I read your posts and have to admit I do not understand some of the wording you use. You seem to be very well informed on these issues. For example: what does "croo" mean? What is the ICE exch info sheet? These sound important but I do not have a clue. Please understand I am not asking for a lot of detail but some of the words I am just not familiar with. Thank you!

typo cross. 2-3 major interstates cross at Leidy .
ICE is an exch and someone here poited it out as a source of spot prices.
TGP300 line, Bradford County and Leidy, Clinton both habe been running 1$ to even 2$ under
HHub Juy and August- terribly low. If HH is 3.50, - 2$ is 1.50. Regionally there is too much gas.
.25 x 100,000 is $25,000 vs 4$ 400,000$.
Long term new lines will be built and pressure added.
Some relief is coming in Nov for the Transco and TGP300 line.
Bearer of worse than bad news!! ouch

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
