lawyers for belmont county

Can anyone recommend any oil & gas attorneys for the Belmont County area? There are plenty listed as oil & gas attorneys in Wheeling and I'd go to one there but I wondered if anyone had any recommendations in this general area?

Hello - I can ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Craig Sweeney of Yoss Law Office in Woodsfield, Ohio.  ph:  740-472-0707.  I did LOT of checking before I secured an attorney on this, and he seemed to have the best knowledge of this business.   Fees are reasonable, fair and communications were excellent.     I have spoken to a few friends around here and it seems the lawyers who decide to "jump in" are learning along with the landowners.     My landman with Paloma also said that Craig KNOWS what he is doing, unlike some of these others.

"Landowners Leasing Group" is having a meeting on at Undo's in St. Clairsville at 6:00 on Thursday.  My wife and son went to their meeting at Salt Fork Lodge on Monday and were quite impressed with their resources and capabilities as they are very centered toward the landowners interests. They may be able to provide some information / advice also.
