Oil in the tank...no royalties EVER

I have wondered why we have never been told there is oil in our brine tanks.

We do have an 'Oil and Gas' lease stating we are to be paid on all oil and gas extracted.

I found this oil when I went up the stairs and opened the lids on these tanks.

We are in Mon county, WV.

jk  if the tanks have blue painted rings on them that were the oil. We have been paid for all oil off our property.

chk  dose haul oil from our pad with large tanker and its not brine it oil. My husband has talk to many of the tanker driver and the well tender. So chk can and dose haul oil.
