My step sons father was killed in mine accident Feb 2012 and he was in the talking stages of leasing his land.
It is only 1-1/4 acres in Green twp. His brother said that he was in the process of getting it leased.
All the surrounding property is leased,I am in the process of finding out who leased it.
Is there anyone or a company that will try and obtain a lease for them on a commission or flat rate.
I have an offer of $10k tobuy the rights ,but I feel if they are willing to pay$10k there must be some value to it
Any help would be appreciated
Either pm me or call me 614 8610471
Thank you
