High offers to buy minerals

I have been hearing of companys offering $12000, $13000 even $15000/ acre to buy mineral rights. So far I haven't been able to find out who is making these offers. If you've received an offer in this range could you please tell me who made it? Thanks.

Sommerset Township Belmont  County.  No other minerals sold.

Have you spoken with Vine Royalty.  I know someone who was offered a considerable amount just north of SR265 near Salesville.

$15,000/acre for an outright sale of the mineral rights.  They offered a lesser amount for a "sale" of rights for 20 years, than said rights reverting back to seller.

sounds like all the real big offers are in Guernsey county.  It seems they are really wanting the wet gas vs the dry gas.What's the highest anyone's heard for Belmont county?

I think he is in Wills twp. butting up against Millwood.  The $15,000/acre offer was several weeks ago.
