I saw today that a permit was submitted for what is called Wellsboro Yellow Pipeline in Delmar and Charleston. A few days ago there was also a permit for the Netterman Compressor in Charleston twp.. Does anyone know what route the pipeline is taking and/ or where the Netterman is?

Hi Josie,
It was East/ Shell. The pipeline permit is for both twp.'s. The compressor is just for Charleston. I wondered if the compressor was north or south of 6.
If "Netterman" is named for the property's owner, the proposed compressor would be South of Rte. 6.
Looking in the Tioga County Plat Book, "Netterman" likely refers to the property just south-east of the intersection of Heath, Ashley, and Johnson Hill Rds. Since the permits for it and the W'boro Green and Yellow lines are to East, they're probably for local gathering lines. Afaik, maps and other information are not available (free) at the PADEP website.

At first I thought it might have to do with the El Paso (Tennessee Gas) 300 Line, Loop 315 pipeline/compressor upgrade. But when I looked at those maps, their route goes through north of the Netterman property. (I should have looked in efacts first to find out who applied for the permits.)
Thank you! It has been looking very active in that general area but I suppose that is a silly thing to say considering what's been happening overall.
Can you tell me where you see the permits being issued? I hear there is a huge holdup in the State for any pipeline related permits?

Thanks.
Josie,

Apparently from what I understand the Army Corps of Engineers and the DEP are holding everything up. From what I understand most producers are talking about shutting down all pipeline installs for the winter. That is typically unheard of up there because they need to get the gas to market, to get their investments back. If the gas is not taken to market royalty payments cannot begin.

It is a sticky situation right now from what I understand.
Hi, I had noticed Pipeline areas not working at all for a good week or so then today I saw tons of pipe delivered and set up for miles..6 hrs. later another load of pipeline was laid and trucks were waiting in line to drop of loads of pipes. It isn't the same area your speaking of but I do see progress now.
Robin,

What area was this in? Sounds promising.

Thanks,

Chad
That was on RT 660 and it goes way back over the mountain more towards Wellsboro..
