How to create your own legal documents for selling mineral rights

Being torn about selling some mineral rights for so long because of the hard to understand legal jargon I am now thinking about creating my own somehow.  Is there a place that you can find some generic example. I will eventually have an attorney check it out but I would like to start my own.  Then when I'm ready the company that I go with Will either take it or leave it .. Thanks

I believe you can use Microsoft Word and bring in legal templates to use in the software. You can also buy legal software at officemax or other retail stores.
