Sorry wj, I just want to get filled in on some more BS that goes around. I have yet to here of such atrocities caused by the gas industry.

well buddy seems you don't get out very much .There are people who have issues that have been caused by NG drilling and PA DEP and all legislators ignore the problem.Many problems have been recognized by our DEP but put on the back burner as far as our state goes .You want to drill then be responsible when problems arise .Stop passing the buck !

Buddy was just a figure of speech .The specifics that I'll give here are limited to my other posts .That's all you need to know and deserve to know.My message is "there are people in Bradford County that had or are having issues caused by NG drilling and No one is addressing it .End of story .No lies or BS just the truth from my experiences ,,!!!

so why am I a "Nutjob" because I'm trying to get help for those that get hurt from you getting paid ? If they cause it (NG industry ) they need to fix it not pass the buck ,which they do and are !! Easy to understand for most .

name a specific instance of a drinking water well being contaminated by nat gas drilling or frac'ing in pa bill.

not a news story, not some rural legend, not your neighbors cousins sisters aunt, a specific case that is verifiable.

if you cannot do that, and you persist in making the accusations, then you are a nutjob.

I have seen many issues over the last 4 yrs here.The main one I am involved with right now is under PA DEP investigation and determination .I have seen water go bad and people settled and signed Non disclosure statements .I have done air and water testing (some also done by PA DEP ) using certified labs .I don't need stories to know people are being affected .I know them .Why do I have to prove anything to you .You are nothing but a person only interested in the money he will get (if any ) .The reason I posted was to let people know there are people in Bradford county ,PA .that had and have problems caused by NG drilling .That's all you need to know .Call me anything you want ,this won't help or stop what is going on ....and besides you don't know me or what I do so where do you come off from .... "Nowhere" but being a jerkoff I believe .Lets just leave it right there !!....Jimmy Boy !

right. ya got nothing. we're just supposed to take your word that there are a lot of people with bad wells from drilling or frac'ing in Bradford county/

here's the thing billy boy, I live here in Bradford county, I am surrounded by gas wells, have been for over 3 years and I ain't seen nothing like your claiming. I have heard the stories, checked them out because I was concerned and they always turned into nothing just like you.

you're right, I don't know you and I don't care to. I've known way too many people who make things up to stir emotions and fear, they thought it was cool to get a reaction. they never stopped to think how foolish they would look at the end when their stories fell apart. but you are anonymous here, you can simply fade away and return under another screen name to start all over again.

nutjobs, they come crawling out from under their rocks every time to ruin a good thing.

@ WJ ...No game ,No reaction just the facts here where I live .If you have never seen people with problems you have not been that interested or not looking <I have lived with the drilling for over 4 + yrs.Seen people with bad water,air problems ,silica dust problems,flaring ,trucks ,pipelines,compressors ,and a lot more .You don't have to believe any of it ,but that don't mean it isn't happening .It's happening here so I believe you have it around you too if you look hard enough .I'm done trying to prove anything to you .I got plenty .All on paper and DEP records too .So are they making it up too.The only thing is right now the DEP is useless for people with issues .They're just like you ,ignoring what goes on and hoping it never surfaces .Well it's starting to come out.A lady in Terry Township just won an award for $ 60000 the other day .It was in the Towanda review .I guess you missed that ,right ! Just one of the many .Many are just covered up or give up trying to get it resolved .People like you that ignore it don't help .Keep living your dream maybe some day you will understand too .there will be an article in the Rocket soon on people who have been affected .Watch for it .

The woman in Terry twp who won the $60K via arbitration was awarded that amount as compensation for the **finite** period of loss of her water well due to shallow methane infiltration.  As of the present time, her well once more meets DEP standards for non-concern.  So, it is clear that nearby drilling operations upset a shallow methane pocket which subsequently **temorarily** affected her well.  This situation had absolutely nothing to do with hydrofracturing at all, but lets not confuse anyone with the facts, correct?  I also remember the Terry twp woman who sued - and lost - over alleged cancer issues which in the end pointed directly back at chemicals utilized in her home-based hair salon.  And should we revisit the Bell landfill?

Drilling activity may temporarily upset some folks.  I'm willing to accept that for the good of energy independence and the enrichment of a region that has been chronically economically depressed.  Those who aren't might be better served to spend less time whining and more time considering relocation to Vermont, which is equally beautiful and where the only airborne contamination one need fear is that relative to the excessive incineration of cannabis.

 Bill F, you keep using the word "facts" but you are not providing any.  If you care to do so, I think that you would find others to be much more likely to engage in reasonable discussion.  One might assume that this is your purpose in posting here.  Otherwise, I can't imagine what your reason might be other than perhaps to vent your spleen.
