5. wanted to purchase when I thought I "owned" the OGMs but then I found that we own the "LEASES" for 405 acres. Now they want to renegotiate. Sick of run around....want to get a deal and close BEFORE the end of 2010.

I'm new to this so I'm looking for some advice. This offer came out of the blue. I own only 16.5 acres that is bordered on the west by I-79 and on the east by a state park. The leasing agent said he has signed up all the land owners around me. I'm hesitant to jump at the first offer. Any advice?

Got $2000 an acre and 20% royalty.Connoquenessing Twp.Check with the land owners around you. Rex energy was the Buyer .
