Thanks Tom for your note, sorry it took so long to get back to you on this. Interestingly, earlier in the week I was asked to head up a group of landowners for the purpose of a lease arrangement for our collective land. I am in the process of determining its value ie: amount of acerage and locations involved, so I would tell all stay tuned and if interested send me a note. Take care, Scott
