Time line on DOs?

Could someone(s) tell me the longest they have had to wait on DO once a well goes into production? It will be 6 months tomorrow since mine went into production.

Call the drilling company and ask them when they are going to send out the DO paperwork. Most drillers start paying royalties 3 to 6 months after a well goes into production. Check on your lease and see when they have to start paying you royalties. Some leases have written in them when they need to start paying royalties after the well goes into production.

Make sure your lawyer takes a look at those DO. they like to sneak thing in there.

Called ....Emailed.. said they were having title issues would probably be the April distribution, and with CHK that's the last day of the month. :(
