Everyone has to make their own decision.  And that decision MUST be based on every factor in their lives.

Your age, your financial security, your priorities at the moment and in the future, WHERE your land is located, the success or failure of any wells around you, the total absence of wells around you, the geological factors under your land (yes, you really should know that part!)

In any case, I for one am not selling out cheap. I have spent EVERY DAY since I got my first offer back in 2007 (and I do mean Every Day) learning about natural gas, leasing, what is happening in the area.....you name it.

There is NO CHANCE I am going to take a crummy offer now, after all this, just because of the economy or any other factor. Not even because I could use the money....I don't need it that bad. We will just continue on as if this gas was never found.

REMEMBER THAT...EVERYONE!  You can go back to living as if this was never discovered. If you are in an area that won't be developed quickly ( such as ours, possibly ) you can ignore it for quite a while before anything needs to be done.

And don't be scared by the possibility of new legislation that may or may not happen. Companies don't want to force land into units any more than people want to be forced. Look at the states who already have pooling laws and find out how many times they have been used. Barely ever, compared to what you are led to believe.

In any case, the people who are in my group will be sent the terms and the paperwork this week. Some of you should NOT sign. Anyone who believes they will be getting over $5000. acre bonus soon SHOULD NOT SIGN. (But in that case I hope you are very sure).

Good luck to everyone.

This is no different than any other gamble. Don't kid yourself. If you could see the future you would not be here right now. You wouldn't NEED to be here right now.

CUTOFF DATE FOR NEW MEMBERS

email me by Thursday January 6th at

nlwlgroup@gmail.com

rfs,

i am intrested in knowing if you own property in this play. or are you a landagent.

i was under the inpression when i read you writing that you were a land owner, and were trying to work with other landowners to get a good deal for us.

you are offering $4500.00 dollars per acre, which we could have signed up for in july. i have since changed my view of you, i believe you are a landagent, acting like you are just a property owner. so what is right or are both landowner, and agent  right.

you can take my property off you list if i am going to give it away, i will just let it sit there. like you said we don't have anything now whats the diffrence.

you can say all you want, but natural gas is the wave of the future, and at some point we will get a better deal, and i am willing to bank on that.

Marianne...ummmm  maybe I'm blind but I NEVER seen an offer from rfs ???  Maybe I didnt get that email???  Robin  if your offering 4500 5yr w/ extension, 20% and all the other important suff and I'll have a check within 45 of signing...SIGN ME UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i didn't get any emails either till today, and there is nothing wrong with asking questions especially when the material was not sent to me

marianne,

Please send me an email to the above address and let me know if you are or ARE NOT in the group.

I am more and more confused by your posts, and do not understand what your position is.

Thank you

Robin Scala

what is there to be confused about, i was asking some questions because i had not gotten the origional emails till this afternoon. yes i am still in the group, i want to see the paperwork before i make a dicission

I am not offering ANYTHING.

I am just another landowner who has been dealing with this for the last three years and getting nowhere.

Marianne, maybe you only got part of the information. I thought I was being pretty clear with everyone in the emails throughout this.

Again, this is just a landowner group. We have an agent who will be taking the group down to Houston next month to ATTEMPT to get us a deal for $4500. per acre, 20% royalty, and a protective lease.
