Pat,

You are probably going to have a better chance of putting together the information you are looking for by digging through multiple PUBLIC sources.

The 2015 Plat Book for Monroe County is available, and in stock, at the OSU Extension office, 101 North Main Street, Room 17 (through the front door, down the steps, and find a path around the landmen and title research workers, and turn to the left), Woodsfield OH  43793.  The Books are $25 each.

Slide 5 from the Spectra Energy Power Point presentation also gives a nice map of their proposed pipeline as well as the existing transmission line going from west to east across Monroe County.

The maps in the Plat Book help you figure out where the pipeline is as it passes through the county.

If you get one of the books take a look at Section 29 in Switzerland Township.  Note the large parcels held by East Ohio Gas Company, PVR Utica Gas Gathering LLC, and Dominion Transmission Inc & Jeff Hicks (jointly owned parcel).  Those are the names, as they appear on the map.

If possible use the Excel spreadsheet version because it will let you cut and paste.

Next, open a new window and go to Google Maps.  Cut and past the Latitude and Longitude coordinates from the Excel spreadsheet of the Cumulative Utica Well report into the search box of Google Maps.  Click on Directions, and add the next set of coordinates.  Click on the "+" to add another destination and cut and paste another set of coordinates.  You are plotting the locations of the wells in Monroe County.  The closest processing plant would be in Scio Ohio (Harrison County).  There will be gathering lines from those wells headed up to Scio.
