Hi Jan,

Thank you for the information you have provided. My curiosity now is how much in deductions they are not entitled to did they try to withhold, were they substantial or a pittance ?

Also I am curious as to why the prices you quoted were so much below market value, can you verify who they sold the oil to and for how much ?

Lots of traffic by the house today here on Putney Ridge Road. Some of it is going down to McClain, it looks like some fracking equipment but I think they are still shoving pipe.

Heavy equipment going by from out the road, some in and some out.

About the next SOB that comes off of McBurney onto Putney spinning his tires and throwing gravel is going to be about enough.

We do not need any more dust, but thanks anyway.

Been a lot of helicopter movement around here in the last week. They come in hanging large orange bags from the chopper and lower them down to the ground.

I am sure they are the seismographic testing people, my question is what are they doing ?

I think they may be looking for some formation other than the Utica which will be profitable to develop.

Anybody know anything ?

They called 2 weeks ago that they will be doing the last of the seismic and a month later be back to clean up the ribbons and reader..

Not sure they put them in October .I am in the Yost  well units sign year ago..I think it Eclipse? ...

I recall TSG was doing the seismic testing, they came here in person even after I called them and told them I wasn't interested.

They would not tell me what they are looking for, only that it would help me get drilled, which made no sense because they were already drilling the Utica.

I still do not know what they are looking for.

Their here today doing seismic. .I hope they drill us soon it will make putting up with this worth it

It stinks putting up with this, although it isn't nearly as bad as last year.

I am trying to hold off putting our place up for sale until after they frack the McClain.

I have inquired of many people and have yet not found anyone who can tell me what they are looking for with this seismic testing.

Hang in there, you will get drilled.

I would rather wait for prices to come back up before being placed into production, but I know everybody may not feel the same way.

Do you know the name of the company?? I need to call them, they never have gotten a hold of us yet. We noticed they have one of those white sensor or whatever they have in the ground by the dog pen. Our dog is so scared as it is. I want them to move it over further away from her!!
