What's the going rate per foot for pipe line right-of-ways?  And, how about more than one pipeline?

Older standard was $1/foot/inch diameter. 36" line over 100'= $3,600, two lines=$7,200. Probably 2 or 3 times that now. Regardless, a pipeline will never improve the value of  your land, it will _forever_ prevent you from building or planting trees on the ROW.

Many people have signed terrible pipeline contracts not considering the future use of the land.  If ever you were going to see an attorney this is the time to do so.  In Ohio Emens & Wolper  from Columbus is an excellent firm.
