trying to promote.........but when I try to sign up with google, I get an error saying your domain is unregistered.

now when I try to create an account, when I put in the info on the first step, and click submit, nothing happens.......then I checked the terms of use and they appear to be written in something close to German.

..........it could be me or my computer........not sure if I'm doing things correct.
