You may have to go to Seeking Alpha and register, but it's free and has some good information about investing.
Thanks for keeping us all informed!

Has there been any new activity in Middlesex of late?
RB,
The only permit activity shown at the PA DEP site going back two years is Ferree and Geyer, both Rex.

Thanks Phil.
If anyone hears any news, please post.
I'm sure the appeal process will start shortly. Like the zoning hearing chairman mentioned 80% of the township has gas leases. I would say that's a majority.
"Born added that 80 percent of township residents have gas leases."
During the hearing...was it not 80% of the land in the township is leased? There is definitely a difference between the two statements. Curious which statement is accurate so that the public is not misinformed thinking a higher number of residents have leased when that might not be the case.
Good question Vicki.
Here is a news report on the meeting last night.

Vicki,
I would say 80% of the land is the more correct statement.
Off the top of my head I believe the Middlesex has approx 5,500 residents in 2,100 households. Not that many apartments and rental property's and I am not sure that households translates directly into landowners but I suspect that if you count everyone in a household (landowner) that has a lease as being a leaseholder the 80% resident number may not be that far off.
