Yeah Bo, I have a few of the Great Plains guys in my rental. They are suppose to pick up a couple more rigs this month they rent those giant air compressors that turn the drill bits.

Seen this morning the Neff rig drilling on Salem rd.PDC.  also seen Eclispe setting up their rig on the YOST pad off Oxford rd.  Also heard that the Purple Hayes well is being fracked.  Great news for Guernsey County. lots of activity starting. Price of oil getting close to $40.

Thanks for the update.  Haven't seen any updates on the ODNR site regarding the Yost well.  Shows three of the wells as permitted and the other had completion record with statement "Unit redesigned, well has been removed"  Any idea where they are going with it?

Havent heard squatt.

PDC is tearing down their rig on Salem Rd.  The Neff wells. Don't know how many wells they drilled, but they were drilling long enough for a couple.

Does anyone know when they usually send out the division papers?  Haven't heard anything about the purple Hayes well yet.

try messaging someone who is in one of Eclipse's producing units in that area.they will have 1st hand experience. Evan?

It will be awhile Sherry ? Still a month or so of fracking then hooking it up to the pipeline. I would say by fall you may get something

Evan is correct.  Division orders come just before you get your first check.  Checks are 2 months in arrears, so the well will probably be in production for about 2 or 3 months before division orders arrive.  Then the checks come in about 2 weeks or so.

I'm in the Rex J Hall unit and I never did receive division orders.  They just started sending checks about 10 or 11 months after they started drilling.

You need to call them and ask for your division orders. How do you know that you are being paid properly ?

Unless your lease specifically states it, they are not required by law to provide you with a copy of the division orders.  They are recorded with the county auditor and you can view them any time you want to, once they are recorded.

I have viewed mine and everything is correct, comparing the division orders to the plat maps and check stubs shows everything is on the up and up
