Generally, Tioga County gas is "dry" rather than "wet".

Permalink Reply by Ann Ticopa on March 21, 2011 at 3:17am If by "careful" you mean that, with so many shut-in wells East will slow down drilling, they don't seem to be. According to Landex, as of the 17th, they had this year recorded at least five Declarations in each of Sullivan, Middlebury, Charleston, Liberty, Delmar, and Union Twps. (Note: East/Shell is now recording their Declarations under their most recent name, SWEPI.)
