have they (east) capped off a few?

I just scanned through the list, and there sure are a lot of shut-in wells.  I wonder, when they do start seriously selling gas, how they'll prioritze.  Will it be first-drilled, most productive, or what?
I imagine it will have to do with the pipelines; which are easiest/fasted to lay down. My area needs a LONG line from Stony Fork, linking all the wells in Shippen/Delmar, running up to (I guess) the Tennessee pipeline or the new compressor station (Sabinsville?). Plus, most of the wells in this area are just verticals to hold the leases; they will have to come back and drill all the horizontals.
Noticed some of the reports had "Condensate Quantity
(Bbl)" listed.  Can someone explain what this is?   And while some have them listed and others don't?  thanks

Here is the file with the definitions:

Which really doesn't say what "condensate" is.  Here is an explanation:

Generally, Tioga County gas is "dry" rather than "wet".

Thank you Ann.  This  information should be interesting to look thru,  if nothing else. But I suspect the gas drillers will be a little more careful with their operations now.

If by "careful" you mean that, with so many shut-in wells East will slow down drilling, they don't seem to be.  According to Landex, as of the 17th, they had this year recorded at least five Declarations in each of Sullivan, Middlebury, Charleston, Liberty, Delmar, and Union Twps.  (Note: East/Shell is now recording their Declarations under their most recent name, SWEPI.)

The have a LOT of leases to hold.
Let's see.  There are 40-some Declarations.  Say 45 and each one holds 15 leases.  That's 675 leases, which would be about 40 acres/property.  And that's another 40+ square miles of TC East will have chomped up.  (All numbers ball-park.)
