Temporary water lines.

Just got a letter they want to run a Temporary above ground water pipe.
I know to ask about a time limit and if waste water is going to run thru it. Are there any other questions I should ask and what is the going rate for a above ground water line (Bradford County Pa) Thanks in advance for all you help.

Thank you I will call then I'm just looking for the going rate only post that I see are from 2013 and older.
