I don't know what you are talking about. The site is user friendly. If your talking about lease signing maybe some of these experts can help !

Hi Beth, Yes I joined the marcellusshale.org site and paid the $20.00 for the 1 year membership. I was very hesitant about putting my credit card info in ,( in fact it is the only time I have done so.)  I had a hard time parting with that 20 bucks too. I'm one of those people who has an old lease due to expire and I have no idea what the future holds for me. But I am glad I joined the site, found a lot of useful info there. The more knowledge I have the better off I'll be when the gas company comes knocking on my door a few months from now.

hi..i think I found where that site is deriving their info...

click on this link to the Pa. Dept.

https://www.paoilandgasreporting.state.pa.us/publicreports/Modules/...

and key in info if you have it regarding a unit and it will give the stats, etc.   (of course that is for the Pa. users)
