Supposedly, Williams is ready to move the rigs off of Ushak's and Androstic's any time now.  Anyone out there know which well site each of those rigs is moving to?  I talked to one of the guy's on site but he said he didn't know where they were moving.

I don't understand the National Metals units either.  Last night, I stopped there to look at the Williams sign to look at the well permits.  There were 3 wells permitted for National Metals NE, and 5 wells permitted for National Metals SE, all from one pad.  I have never heard of a company drilling two units from one well pad before.   I don't know how they will do that.  If there is a NM NE unit then it would have to be smaller, because there are only 3 wells, plus they already have other units drilled (Slavek) or planned that direction (Frye, McBroom, Skacel).

Carol, any plans you can get from the from the DCNR please email them to me.  Ask her if she has the plans for my side of 982 too please. :-)

Carol, they didn't move the actual rig yet to National Metals.  Most of the other stuff is on the pad now though.
I didn't know they had the signs for National Metals yet - are they on Baum road or Pittsburgh street?  I will send you any information I can get from DCNR.

The sign is on Baum Rd.  Thanks Carol!

Those companies had leased land there at one time, they traded or assigned to Williams.

J. Rossi,

I heard that Range may be buying out all of Williams leases in Derry Township?  that would explain the Range Resources billboard going into Latrobe.  I wondered why Range would advertise in our area.

No, I talk to Nick a few mins ago, No Way! Williams is not selling any out to Range! Range has a agreement with the Billboard and advertising company to put so many billboard up in different areas.

The next time you talk to Nick, could you ask him how many months, after a well is put into production, before royalty checks start arriving?  I have left messages for other people at Williams and no one has returned my phone call.

Nick Said After they finish the full complete well pad, they have to build the pipelines, once the pipelines are finished, they put it to market. Once that gas hits the pipelines, your royalties will start. he can not give you a date, operations change all the time. Weather, moving the rig to one pad and then back to the other, etc...

All of the wells on one pad are finished and are scheduled to begin fracking next week.  They are on the fourth of five on the other pad and the pipeline is done, I think.  So, I guess it shouldn't be too too long for royalties.

Are you in a unit yet?  I know you said they were looking for a site on Pandora road but I haven't seen any new permits after McBroom and Skacel's units.

Thanks for the information.

Carol,

you can call Nick anytime. (724)288-7722 work cell

Range has a agreement with Kriebel Resources to drill there deep rights. Range might be in westmoreland later in the future!
