production records for old vertical wells?

Is it possible to get production records for old oil wells? There are several in my area that are still producing oil. Do you think these records could give me leverage in negotiations if they show that my area is oil rich? Any ideas or comments are welcome. Thank you.

Ohio. Washington county.
