Hi Gail, You forgot to list the phone #. but I talked to the main office yesterday and was told they are not drilling in W.Va at this time. MV offered me 10 on the first call went up to 100 then 150. When someone does this lt lets me know they are trying to steal it just like so many others. If they are legit then why not make an offer up front and say this is what we pay !!! Chuck

Charles, $10.00 was all that MV offered us as well but they did promise to drill and said possibly two a Marcellus vertical and a Devonian. , but we wasn't ready to deal yet anyhow because we are still trying to get my grandmothers estate to probate.  Chesapeake offered $200.00 an acre but said they that we might now hear from them again for 5 years. We don't own the land to the 46 acres, just the mineral rights. They wanted to utilize us into 600 acres.  I use to have a business card of an area land-man, but threw it away but here is a number you can call.
