Awhile back I thought about having a piece of property I own auctioned off. But back then everyone said no don’t do that. Now I’m seeing more and more of these Auctions popping up and have lots of questions.
Why? What is the advantage of the Auctions verses the usual Real-Estate Listings?
What is the sellers cost?
Who does all the research to determine the value of the property and the Mineral Rights?
Who would determine the expected value of the royalties from the NL , propane, ethane ?
Would it be better to wait until the wells are in production? Looks like fall for production to start.
Does there have to be a certain dollar value expected before it would be auctioned off?
Who does all the legal paper work?
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thank-you in advance for any help you can offer
Sarah
