Diversified and OWS

Does anyone know about a relationship between Diversified and OWS? When I ask Diversified for production information I am told that they need to check with OWS.

for OWS is that OWS Acquisition Co. LLC ?   what state are you in?

It is the OWS that was previously Enervest. I am in Ohio.

They seem to be the bookkeeping type company that sends out checks. Enervest does/did that.
