I posted this in general discussions but thought it might be best to post in Guernsey County discussion since that's where I live. Just wanting to know if anyone else is being contacted by EQT landman for pipeline easements to see what they've told you i.e size of pipe, are they offering anything for damages, size of easement..and of course the almighty dollar.
