Important Riverfront Landowners Meeting

Monday Oct. 17th, upstairs at Marv's Place, Sardis Ohio. 
Come out and listen to the professional presentation of Dr. Bob Chase of Marietta College. The Riverfront Landowners Group welcomes all landowners. We will be looking over the Jennifer Garrison group lease and contract. There will be an accountant there also to answer tax implication questions. Bring your questions and get them answered Monday night. The Garrison group charges 2.25% on 5000 acres or more, 4.5% with less than 5000 acres. They charge nothing else. This is a one time fee.

Frank,

Have you been in contact at all with Eastern Monroe Landowners Group chaired by John Lusk?  Wouldn't it be beneficial for the two groups to try to combine acreage for more negotiating leverage?  Are you in charge of the Riverfront group?  If not, who is?

We have talked to John and his group. I have a lot of admiration for John and Bess. The work they have done is amazing. We down on the riverfront wanted to put 5k contiguous acres together or as close to that as we can and market our property this way. We wanted a rifle effect instead of the shotgun effect know that drillers will be attracted to the close proximity of our properties. We are primarily in Jackson and Lee townships. If you see John tell him I said hello.
