Land leasing

I have 13 acres I am interested in leasing in the North Hill, Pa.

Is there any information they are leasing land in Gibsonia Pa. (Hampton Township)?

Any input would be appreciated.

Unless someone knows what is going on in your area and replies, your best bet would be to go to your county website and look up various properties in your twp to see if any have leases filed. Then you would read the lease and see which company/companies are leasing in your area. Best I can do as I don't know about your area.

Look in your local newspaper.  Many land agents advertise in the paper for Land leasing.
