HAS ANYONE HEARD THERE IS A NEW OFFER FROM SWEPI IN BUTLER COUNTY?

Current offer in Venango from SWEPI is $3250/18%.

Not sure if you consider that an old or a new offer.

I heard something like $5200/acre and 22% royalty.

Don't get too excited. Me thinks Jasper is in Ohio.

Latest is Shell is breaking into the utica oil region.

That might explain the high numbers if they are accurate.

I had heard that they were going to need to increase their offer in Butler to get the acres that they need to control Northern part of the county into Venango.  Maybe not all the way to $5200 and 22%......yet!?!  :)

From who did you hear this?? My land is not that far from there.

That Shell is going that far North? 5200 is alot of money.

Seems too high.

Thats a first and something you would never here come out of my mouth. $5200 is not to high by any means for whats under ones property in Butler etc... I would be glad to take some of that "too high" money if it comes your way. lol

I just saw a Yeti and Bigfoot gassin up their Quads for deer camp at the Sheets in Harrisville.

They said the same thing.

They had 2 for .99 chili dogs and a cup of onion rings. Which by the way is tasty and quite a bargain.

I swear it.
