Hello all , This may be a real good time to post the details that have been offered to you from the various companies . They don't want this done to prevent the landowners from getting as good a deal as some others get . This is sad but to prevent this we all need to keep each other posted . I am certain some deals from the same company are varying quite a bit as well as what changes you can make in the regular company lease . one landman from the same company wont make the same offer each time .Our oil and gas wont go away if we give this a little time for the best outcome .
