Has anyone else had difficulty contacting RE? I've tried to contact someone through their Blu Team to check on a lease status for almost three weeks now and have not heard back. Thanks! JB

Rice, just like all the other players, have a "bank" of phone operators that take your questions, pass it along to whomever in the company, and someday they call you back with the answer. Frustrating as all can be!!!!
It took me over 3 weeks just to get a simple mistake corrected on my division order! But, I must say in their defense, 3 weeks was a whole lot better than 9 months with Chevron!!!
Too bad that it's like this, but I understand as to why things are done this way. I wouldn't want my accountants, land people, etc. being on the phones all day answering questions, then they would get no work done!
The good thing is that Rice is a local company with offices in Southpointe and only a couple of hundred or so wells drilled by now in 2 states.
