Thank Goodness. Contract law still means something in parts of the U.S.!!

PA supreme court sided with gas companies and the basic rules/tenets of contract law!! 

 

While the folks in Washington DC seem to think contract law doesn't mean squat (hence they force mortgage companies and bond holders to get screwed), the PA supreme court still gets it!
