Name It: Where is the Sweet Spot in the Utica?

Have we finally determined what county is the sweet spot of the Utica shale play?

Guernsey. Millwood township. Decent dry has and a lot of wet gas and some decent oil

On the whole probably Monroe county Ohio.It has already caught up with the counties north and east with just a few wells on line. It also seems to be able to produce all product types.

How do we determine the sweet spot in the Utica. Is there 3. Oil NGL and dry. Is there more then one in each of those. Do we look at ip's or avg. Per lateral foot. How large can the spot be. Couple miles or counties or counties in multiple states. The sweet spot is in Tyler county were I own land. Now back to o and g. We all hope the record well is on there property.

It's still hard to come up with the "top dog" ,as far as county goes due to lack of pipelines. There are wells completed,but shut in,or producing off & on ,waiting for infrastructure,that could be the best in the state.

my parents farms are about 2 miles due north of Stalder/s, but Eclipse has not indicated when they might drill.

Ohio Co, WV. We are receiving royalties on all three, both Chspk and Statoil. This is on the Marcellus, we haven't even started to drill the Utica yet. We have both shells under us as well.
