I have 77 Acres of unleased land in Harrison Twp. Potter Co. and my 2 neighbors called me saying they were approached about leasing there land that was previously leased by Penn Va. Is there anyone else out there experiencing this? if so How much per acre is being offered? My neighbors were not given any numbers as one spoke to a landman who questioned him about whether he would consider leasing when his Penn Va. lease expired and the other landman spoke to the wife who said he had to call back and talk to her husband.
I don't want to be caught off guard this time around.
Thanks,
Realtor Joe
