WEST VIRGINIA

It appears that House Bill 3060 has made it over to the Senate side this morning, April 10, 2013 and is now in the hands of the Senate Judiciary Committee. This is a potentially dangerous bill that could a) provide the groundwork for a Forced Pooling Bill next year and b) provide a template for the insertion of forced pooling wording this year. The Judiciary committee is meeting this week in advance of the end of the Legislative Session on Saturday night, April 13, 2013, to decide the bill's future and yours.
