I don't consider signing the engagement letter with KWGD "folding". We are just getting ready as a group to hit the negotiations table. From what I have been hearing, it sounds like the time might be good to get things rolling now. The release from Chesapeake yesterday looked like it should stir the pot a bit so to speak. If you haven't seen it yet, you can go to www.CHK.com & click on the top news link titled "Chesapeake Energy Corporation Reports Financial and Operational Res...". There are a lot of figures in there, but there is also some interesting reading.
if you haven't heard Jim Milleson speak yet, you need to. This is who helped my family.
Jim, is a land management specialist focusing on Lease terms,while at the same time has been holding 3 to 4 meetings a week throughout the state. The Antrim meeting 3 months ago was with the ODNR and even the head of the mineral management team said Jim was the 1st in the state to talk about UTICA.
I believe that KWGD and Mr. Milleson have held a few meetings together,their role is to educate the mineral owner 1st,find out what they own,maximize that potential and when the individual or group is ready to sign they do so as an educated mineral owner.
