Permalink Reply by Dodge Charger on July 4, 2014 at 12:35am Robert, I can tell you of what I know, and one of those things I know for a fact is a non-disclosure statement in the agreement. For five years, anyway: those signing cannot tell others of the details (I was not a signer and did not get the info by being "told" by those that did sign. Just the same, I don't feel I should openly discuss the prices.) I do know the attorney used: Greg Watts of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty (out of Canton/Akron), if you need one for pipeline ROW! There was a lot of agreements added by the attorney that was not even hinted at in the original. First round MW agreed to almost everything. A couple small adjustments and they (MW) accepted. Made me wonder if the price per foot agreed upon wasn't too low.
I can say that I have heard up to five lines, 24" ea. The size and number of temp work space(s) was also included, with a price per each. However, some items such as timber weren't really relevant, so... not much time/consideration was given to that aspect. Oh, also, yes, assignment to others was also something MW wanted, and it seemed important to them.
Hope this helps.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
