I hope once the ink is dry someone in the Kwgd group will share with their fellow landowners what the results are in the lease just as your members were looking to previous groups to set the next standard, If we don't share we continue to allow the flippers & o&g companies to tell us what they want us to hear, this will only help the next groups negotiating.

Anybody know the latest of the latest deal for the Ohio Group 5?   I was at the meeting in Cambridge on 10/14 and had my 9.3 acres added to the Supplemental Schedule.   KWGD said there would be a Lease signing at Salt Fork but I haven't heard anything.   Anybody know what's going on?

Phil,  I sent them an email today and got a reply of "as soon as we hear from the O&G company we will let you know".    I was hoping someone know something.

They want to make sure the company approves your acreage before they have you sign. That way there won't be any hard feelings if someone leaves another group to join KWGD. You have the right to walk away from KWGD up to the time you sign the lease, so they want to make sure your not held up if the company doesn't take the 9.3 acres.

I just got a call from KWGD and the O&G company accepted my 9.3 acres in Madison Township.   I'm a happy camper now.
