I didn't see anything started about this one yet.

Let's have a dedicated location for info relating to the new Rex "J Hall" pad located off of Shannon Run in S.E. Millwood Township.

Heard any rumors, have any pictures of the activity, know anybody working the pad site?  Let's talk about it.

I know a guy working there. It's not far of Putney ridge road. To far for pictures but I will do some recon work eventually and get pictures. Not sure of permits or direction of laterals  But it's very close to J Anderson wells and they were really good

Thanks evan

Rex has 6 laterals permitted for this pad applied on March 14 2014. The unit size is 594.37 acres. The pad is in Section 9. Millwood township is becoming a hot spot to drill in lately.

The permits were approved yesterday (3/28/14) for the Rex J Hall wells.  They even updated the ODNR interactive map to show the pad and proposed legs of the wells.  Looks like the legs are going to the N.W.

Unless they change things around, It looks like I may be getting about 5 to 10 acres of my property included in that pool.  It's kind of odd though, they are leaving a huge section between the end of these laterals and the ends of the "Karen" laterals that are headed S.E. from Oxford road untouched.

Tom, have they sent you a Division Order yet?

No, I'm just using the info from the ODNR site.  That's why I said it could all change still

Do you know who has the leases on the land between Karen and J Hall?

Philip you can find out who has the leases by going to uslandrecords.com.  maybe I'll do that after bit

Thanks evan,  I have been thinking about making a Google Earth map of the leases in Millwood twp.  If people are willing to help me it might be a fun project.

Philip I just checked and it looks like all the parcels in between the units  are Antero and Gulfport leases, one of the reasons maybe SOME people may want to sell mineral rights.  Love your Google Earth idea. I'll help all I can

Although I know of some companies buying mineral rights that already have these maps. I ll see if I can grab one off of one of them but that may be info they don't want people to know

Information should be available to the landowners not just the mineral buyers.  Information is power.
