I thought I ought to let people know that SWN has been taking new leases and renewing old leases up in the panhandle.  We haven't handled a lease from Hancock County yet, but we've done a few in Brooke County in the last few months and gotten $4000/acre and 18% gross. Good luck, and let us know if you do better!

Thanks, Todd. I live in Columbiana County but am interested in natural gas developments in Hancock County, inasmuch as I spend a lot of time there. If that disqualifies me, I understand.
