What's Robert Transeau's contact info?  Our agent with Kenyon is Brian Spall in the Clay District.

Just to reiterate... Brooke County Park Commissioners and West Liberty University got $5ooo per acre with 17.5% royalty!

Hey guys, I have 75 acres in Clay District... which district and how many acres do you guys have?  I've been talking to Brian Spall of Kenyon, representing CHK.  I'm interested in trying to get gross royalties (value at the wellhead) , even if 15%, much better than net or post production costs.  Numbers starting to get where we need them... my current lease expires in May next year.

Hi yes Robert is his name. We are still negotiating.

I have dealt with Kenyon and so far so good, but not $3000. Was the agent Robert Transeau? I have also had 2 attorneys look at the lease and they both felt improvements can be negotiated.

I'd be interested in $3000 an acre if the lease were reasonable as far terms.

On Sept 12 Kenyon offered us $3000.00 an acre and 17.5 royalty. We turned this down because of the contract wanting so much expenses out of the royalties. Of course the landman was rude and said they will frack enough into the ground to get our gas and oil anyway. Thought I would give you the members here in Hancock a heads up.

Whats the going rate guys? I received an offer in the mail on Sept.2 from Kenyon (working for Chesapeake) of $2500 and 15% .
