Lots of companies leasing!  Call them all, but the highest I've been

offered is $3000.  I'm not leasing til I get $6000 because we are the last

people not leased.  Let me drill a few more Utica wells to prove out the

area and will get it!  Time is on our side now because we are the last people standing that aren't leased.  Good times ahead!

There has been drilling all around Hancock County in the Utica Shale... Columbiana County, Ohio, Beaver County, PA and Brooke County, WV... So, now what is the current lease offer?

Hello everyone!  Has anybody signed any leases with Chesapeake?  I have a lease due to expire in October, I originally signed with Great Lakes Energy Partners who sold it to Range Resources who in turn, sold it to Chesapeake in October 2010.  Just wondering what the going offer is around Arner road.

don't take it Bernie.  the offer is 2000 and 15% in Hancock county now

Come on guys!  Somebody has to be getting lease offers.  Let me know because I got a lease offer for 1500 and 15 percent.  I think its pretty good!

Should I take it!  I need to know if anyone has gotten 2500 offered yet; shoud I wait?

I wouldn't be in too big a hurry to sign for 1250 and 15%,  right across the river in Jefferson County,   Chesapeake is paying 2000 per and 15%
