FYI

another land group, welcoming members, $3600 adjusted bonus (after fees) and 20% gross

Dear land Owner, We have scheduled a meeting on Mon. April 23rd at 7:00 pm at the Weirton Nazarene fellowship hall located at 475 Colliers Way Weirton WV "under the water tank".  We will be discussing the email vote on Pleasant Views final offer and how we will be proceeding. A update to Tanglewood. On Thursday April 19th, Jeff Meace had a meeting with the CEO of Tanglewood. At this point Tanglewood has not meet the current royalty rate offered by Pleasant View. They are still considering a offer and looking at the geology but as we said earlier it does not appear as if it will match the 20% royalty offer we currently have. As always if you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Sincerely, PGL

Chesapeake has contacted us and said that they will take any new members of our group that sign the agreement to accept the lease prior to the deadline of Wednesday, April 25th at 5:00 p.m.  It is imperative that anybody that is interested in getting the group deal contact us immediately at (304)748-3200.

Absolutely have an experienced oil and gas attorney review the lease prior to signing.

Congrats to all who are able to sign a new lease with good terms, a just sign on bonus and good gross royalty percentage.

anyone should have their own attorney review the lease before signing. I saw the comment by westlibalum earlier and he is on the right track.  Its only your land in question.........

Does"after fees" mean the 6% fee Rokisky charges?

Comment by Jim Gibson Tope Hill WV on April 18, 2012 at 8:55pm

17.5 % gross

Comment by Jim Gibson Tope Hill WV on April 18, 2012 at 8:55pm

Rokisky with Chesapeake,  $4230 after fees and 17.5 %

might be fair but not exciting!
