Old thread much too long to follow.
A few minutes ago one of the royalty holders was showing me a check he received Friday.
It was the Royalty payment all of us have been worried about and waiting for. And just now we found out that another landowner also received their royalty for July. Payments were for Painter number one well. Lu and I are still waiting for our royalty payment!
Word has it that Painter number two well is a "GUSHER! " And it is now one line! Word is also that royalty's will be in mail boxes in November.
Thanks for the info. I was hoping to attend but due to a family illness was unable to make it.
This reply in response to Deb's post was deleted. It was posted in an attempt to encourage other folks to have an "INPUT" to the very new industry we are enjoying. But I see it was deleted!
Everyone wants to know what is going on, but only a very few are willing to have any "input", either positive or negative.
Is any one still waiting for a royalty check from Eclipse for Painter well number one? It was for July. Some landowners received their royalty checks a good week ago. Lu Ann and I have not received our royalty either.
Lu called about it. A return call was promised the next day from Eclipse. This was a week ago. No return call. Lu called again this morning.
Any problem we had with Travis Peake or information we needed from Travis Peake was taken care of usually within a few minutes or the next day.
I would not go quite that far OT. But if they really valued the opinions and good rapport with folks they may be working with, I would think A bit of consideration would help ease their purpose.
Time and time again it has been proven to be extremely profitable to attend to the small details!
Our mail carrier has just stopped at our box. Again NO ROYALTY CHECK from ECLIPSE.
Furthermore, Lu Ann just made another call to Eclipse. She was rewarded with an answering service. Answering service said, "No one is available to take calls."
THAT IS JUST GREAT!
We have made 4 phone calls to Eclipse just hoping to at least talk to someone about our royalty check.
My nature is to give folks "THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT" when it comes to un clear situations like this.
When Eclipse took over from Travis Peake, it was thought it would be a great benefit for Flat Castle. And I did too. Granted the unusual rainy season and accessing township roads that were being badly washed and needing constant repair certainly did not help their plans!
Their truck drivers were very courteous and observed the speed limits on these township roads that I am familiar with. A plus for them! Thumbs up for that considering the constant rain!
However we were led to believe that royalty checks from the first Painter well would be resumed soon after Painter well number two was put on line.
Some of my neighbors who were expecting these royalty checks from Painter well number one called me to inquire about the unexpected delay in receiving their royalty checks. Lu Ann and I answered as best as we could. Some royalty checks were forthcoming.
Even after stating, "WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU THE NEXT DAY!" Eclipse does not or has not bothered to personally answer our inquires about any delayed royalty checks to this date, October 12, 2018.
And what were your original thoughts OT?
Bill,I don't know if you signed up for auto deposit to your bank account,if you did not it is faster.It is an electronic transaction eliminates the mail man and other handlers.
The thing of it is OT, NO REPLY what so ever! A simple message on our phone Answering service would be nice! Is it too much for them to actually promise a return call that never comes?
Lu has made about 4 calls.
"No one in the office right now, Please leave a message and we will return your call!" is the reply Lu receives.
Maybe a couple of phone numbers. Dialing these phone numbers results in no answer what so ever.

But I actually saw one of the checks and attached invoice sent to one of the landowners!
If what you are saying here Old Timer, is accurate, then Eclipse will be doing a whole lot of transferring or rearranging office staff or maybe training an entire new office staff.
At the very least, this is better then no reply at all! We will try that number!
Heads might start to roll then unless they can unravel that ball of yarn OT!
As I recall from 1960's Fubar is about 4 times more serious then SNAFU. Only once did our company ever approach that level OT.
