The PA DEP has the numbers for the most recent production period online.  Unfortunately, East again did not comply with the reporting deadline, so their data isn't included.   You can download a PDF file for Tioga County from this page:

https://www.paoilandgasreporting.state.pa.us/publicreports/Modules/...
(YMMV, but I was unable to open the TC CSV file I downloaded.)

Since I wanted to slice, dice, and sort the numbers, I downloaded the statewide CSV file.  A PDF of the result has been uploaded.  It includes only some of the Headings (Columns) that are in the PA DEP files.
ProdExport2010-2_edited.pdf

Headings (mostly self-explanitory)
PI - Production Indicator Y|N  -  Was there gas production during the reporting period?
GP Days - Number of days the gas well was producing.
Horizontal  Y|N - Is it a horizontal well?

Sort Order:  Operator | Municipality | Production Indicator (PI)

Caution:  It's not as bad as it looks.  Wells are reported before they are drilled, so no production doesn't mean the wells have been drilled and are shut-in.   The PA DEP files have a "Notes" Heading that may indicate that the well has not been drilled.

I was looking at this also... There is a link off the rlstore site... easy to download and gives the full report for the entire state...  Seneca production figures look pretty good considering that there are still alot of wells that they dont have producing yet... but they are working on them... Go Seneca!!!
