What ever offer you find out about right now, you should wait a month or two to see what new companies might join the frey with better offers.

I believe Seneca is or will be interested in Gaines Township. I spoke to them last week. They got the lease for the state lands north of Rt. 6; they are first looking at the adjacent land, but will be looking at Delmar, Shippen, Gaines, Middlebury, and maybe other townships. They gave over $4000/acre and I think 20% royalties for the state land. Think about THAT, East and Ultra!!

What are lease offers in Middlebury township, tioga county, PA?
