Just curious...

I am in Liberty township and a few months ago got an offer to buy my royalties for 1500 to 1800 per acre, but they would do a more in-depth look if I was serious which "mite change the numbers" slightly....even tho I am not drilled or receiving any royalties ..talked to a landsman rite b4 I contacted them and he advised caution as there will be "significant" activity in my area in the "near future"....how about it, anybody else get an offer or hear anything or see any activity here in Tioga Co. ?

Spreatsheets are great fun too. watching how the bottom line can change drastically by a very small value change  upstream from a complicated situation.

Being the executor of my mother's "WILL" ,  there was only about $100 not accounted for.  An older sibling had been named as mother's executor. Unfortunately before that "WILL" had been completed, that sibling also passed away. I and another younger sibling were appointed as co executors. We gathered up all the information we could find and I went to work.

Entering values and what they represented took some time. Outstanding bills were promptly paid and entered.

All in all that spreadsheet made the job fairly easy and accurate!

Sorry meant DNCR 594-200
Actually, I heard they’ll be fracking in January.

Where will this take place Thomas? If fracking a new well is done on Painter pad, then a water pipeline will have to be laid on surface. Tanker trucks hauling water was used first. Then A small water line was installed but it did not work good.  A much larger collapsable  water line replaced it for the  Painter number two gas well  drilling.   Later it was removed.     It has been said that Painter pad might have 5 wells, all told, eventually.

If I recall correctly, the gas pipe line from  Painter pad was a sixteen incher in diameter. It was installed very soon after Painter's first well was drilled.  After the  sixteen incher was installed and buried, another hole was opened up and a large tap was welded on and brought to the surface. A large valve and a cap covering the end of this  tap and a chain link enclosing erected around it.

Not sure where painter is. The DNCR 594-200 wells are just off Mt top road where the game lands road is.

The Painter well is a little east of Westfield on the hill top just between Howland hill road an Broughton road.

Too bad Mr Ladd  wants NY to  continue to ban fracking while he enjoys $$$$ from fracking on his land  in PA

Well Ralph, now you know that the leaders of your state of New York has the responsibility of opening your state for fracking! Maybe you should complain to those leaders!

Tell them that you want FRACKING and ROYALTIES from oil and gas wells!

Hey Ralph Cramdon,

Use your energy and thinking processes to make your position better understood Ralph. Put pressure on your own state,  (NEW YORK State),  government leaders.

Have a good day

Granddad Ladd

I only have about 15 acres in the unit Ralph.  The unit is about 3000 acres Ralph.  And is divided up into many small parcels of ownership.

Sad to say that there are folks so narrow minded almost to the point of insanity. Such people are stuck in a rut and they cannot get out of it even though other folks might be willing to help them.  They moan and groan and feel sorry for themselves and blame others for their situation!
