No and I am surprised how quickly these offers quit coming in the mail. Sort of miss them there were several per week. Maybe we should of looked closer at them.

I wouldn't be in a rush to sell those oil and gas rights.

We are still not far into the development stage of the Utica in Trumbull County.

Although BP and Halcon may be taking a turtle like approach it does not mean that full development in the county is far off. In fact, I have heard whispers of other companies looking specifically at northern Mahoning County and Trumbull County. Wheter that means purchasing leases from other companies or joint ventures I can't say.

All I know is that it may be wise to cool your heels a bit longer; otherwise you may regret your decision later. There is no way you will be paid what the future royalties may be worth.

Patience is a virtue, all good things come to those who wait.

They aren't going to drill until infrastructure is in place,and they are working on that.

What would be a fair price for mineral rights in the middle of Trumbull? Low to high end price. Any thoughts?
