I don't know why it's in belpre twp. But I think DuPont sold a division of there plant and it's new name is Chemours

Being it show up in Belpre township makes one wonder if there is more to it. Also when searching the name of the company and finding out its only a little over six months old??

Guess I'm hoping its for some kind of a gathering station for the Utica before shipping it to the new cracker plant.....

Only time will tell.
